Exchanges and refunds



So that your return is eligible for reimbursement you must comply with the following conditions


  • Be returned to their original state
  • Unrealized
  • Unwashed
  • With their original labels and packaging
  • Soiled clothes will not be accepted
  • Returns are authorized up to 30 days of receiving the package.
  • The items identified final sale are neither exchangeable nor repayable.
  • We do not cover the return costs for reimbursements, only for discussion and defective items
  • Only items purchased on our online site are eligible for this policy
  • If you have bought our items from one of our retailers, please contact this shop directly.



  • We do not manage exchanges on the site
  • If you want to make an exchange you must return the original goods to obtain your refund. Subsequently place a new order for the items you want to order.


 In order to make a return, simply write to us by email to:

  • With the object: exchange or return
  • Your order number
  • In this email indicate the reason for return or exchange
  • Add photos of the item (s) concerned.



 Following the approval of our customer service
  • We will make a collection request at the delivery address from our carrier 
  • Pack your item in its initial packaging or in an envelope/delivery box.
  • A driver will pick up the package at your door
  • Provide 3 to 5 working days following receipt of your return to our warehouse so that a refund is made according to your initial payment method, an email will also be sent to confirm everything.
